It is with great sadness we inform everyone that this morning our Club Patron David Inglis has passed away.

Mr Inglis was huge supporter of the Gardner Junior Ironperson.
Without his generosity the 'Gardner" would not be the success that it is today.

On behalf of the Surf Club I would like to pass on our condolences to the family and friends of Mr Inglis.

A wake is to be held at Wamberal Surf Club at 1.30pm on Monday 16th of September. Everyone is welcome.
AP.

P.S. The family have asked if you have any old photos of Mr Inglis, can you can email them to the Surf Club.

Mia and Lily did amazing at the pool rescue this weekend. They havenโ€™t had any training or coaches, and were competing against clubs that have been training, some intensely for months.
Mia got 1 point for Wambi in the 50m with fins going the whole way underwater without a breath and finishing 1st in her heat and 6th overall.
Lily and Mia loved it!
They hope to go back next year, and would love to see more Wambi kids compete and enter the relay events too.
Well done to Wamberal member Matilda who competed with Terrigal and achieved great results too.
